Knea Injury

Post by Sam on Sun Aug 09, 2009 2:24 pm

Hey y'all,

It's been a while I know, I'm sorry for being somewhat absent for the last few months :/

Back to the point, I've picked up a knea injury that I thought was healed/healing well, until yesterday when it flared up after cycling to work (about 3.5 miles each way, first large bit of exercises on it).

I'm getting it checked out very soon, and would like some advice on it/hear others experiences with knee problems.

(:

I'm no doctor, but I'm fairly certain the problem is swine flu.

I would give you some advice but I'm fairly certain I'd get deleted off facebook if I did.

If it hurt when cycling it means that you were not cycling in a 'square motion'
YOU ARE DOING IT WRONG!

I'm gonna say it again as I don't think you took it in last time. A doctor will not help, go to a chiropractor.

Also I'm fairly certain your negative attitude towards it will not help the healing process, stop thinking about it so much and it'll heal much faster.

Slightly off topic but: my doctor(s) have been fantastic in relation to all any injuries/problems I've had through peekay and sports.
Also I've never actually been prescribed any medication by them, they have helped me out with amongst others a shoulder problem, knees and a metarsal. I had a cool conversation vis-a-vis training, bloods/cardio and weight gain last time I was in.

The doctor is more of a way of getting another opinion, possibly to be refered to someone else.

What is cycling "in a square motion"?

I'm not being negrotive about it, I've been getting on with life and perfectly happy for the last two weeks, it flared up and I was wondering if some people had any advice. I don't know why you thought I was being negrotive, you've not spoken to nor seen me in months?

It doesn't matter, I shouldn't have bothered asking it would seem. I know more than you anyway.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have a few more goes left today until I can secure my alpha malehood.

Square motion pretty much explains itself.

Tell Natasha all about it, she could probably help.
