Recently I have noticed a lot of us being more interested in 'new' ways to train in general and strength training.

I found this channel on youtube and although I don't agree with some of the exercises (sit ups for example) They do have some very good exercises and they are clearlyvery strong and good at what they do.

So for those of you that were saying they don't have the strength to climb up or what not you may want to check these guys out. (The 'skull crusher' seems like it would ...

I need help.

My body is weak.

I want it to be stronger.

I'm thinking about joining a gym and seeing if they can put up an exercise plan to help me gain more of a gymnasts body.

But i would rather not spend the money, as i have plans for that paper with face's on.

Is anyone able to suggest an exercise plan for me? Or a super drug? Or a Witch that gives away super-powers every 2000 years? Anything that will help.

Oh! And pretty much all my Motivation is dead, how do i get that back? ...

I've always had a sluggish movement to everything i do, and i bring it down to my lack of Light Footed-ness (real word?) Everytime i do something, it ends with a stamp, and never looks graceful. And the grace of movement is something of which i believe to be one of the great things about Parkour/free-running/tricking.

So how to i gain Light Feet? I would imagine that if i go into a temple after slaying some mosters, a chest would explode into view and i could loot them, but that seems very ...

I am going to be trying to get my muscles stronger by becoming more flexible.

It would be good if someone would do this with me - I know adrian will literally stretch with me but it'd be good to have a text message partner or someone who would prank me (and vice versa) in order to make sure I/they stretch.

Personally, I'm going to be doing the following:

* Quads - 3 x 30 seconds each leg.

* Hamstrings (Dynamic) - 3 x 30 seconds

* Calves - 3 x 30 seconds each leg.

* Glute ...

As some of you might have read, I'm going to be trying to improve my flexiblity, mainly my dynamic flexiblity. The best way I think I'll be able to achieve this is through waking up earlier then normal, doing a bit of light exercise (perhaps a jog round the block) then doing a flexibility set mainly focused on dynamic flexibility but perhaps some days I'll do some static instead. Hopefully this'll improve both my tricking (since my dominant outer-cresent kicks are crap) and hopefully stuff like ...

while thinking about blanes "essays", 'dilution' i believe is the one i am referring to, i realised that although yes, we are doing conditioning, we may actually be gaining excess bulk that is not really needed in parkour, so maybe we should start doing more parkour orientated conditioning? For example, 50-100 small precisions, or 10 large, maybe 100 kongs? 20 cat leaps complete with climb-ups at the end, maybe put a small flow together and do that a few times till you physically cannot ...

None of us do it enough, and most of us probably 'forget to' and make no effort so I'm gonna make it easy or us.

I find it easiest to do before I go to bed.

1) Calf stretch. 30 second each leg NO LESS. At least twice on each leg. TWO MINUTES ALTOGETHER.

2) Lay on your back and do a basic hamstring stretch. 30 seconds on each leg NO LESS. Listen to some music and watch the seconds go by so you know. Do this at least twice on each leg. OMG TWO MINUTES OF STRETCHING.

3) Laying ...

Myself and Lands went out for some training on our last day of the "summer" holidays.

Expecting it to be quite a nice, dry day, we started to train behind Wilkinsons in Winton. It soon started to rain and we were going to give up and go home, but instead, we decided to train

We soon found it hard to train properly, so we started to look for other ideas around the area that would be safe and suitable to train on in the rain.

Simply bounding on the white parking lines as far ...
