Stretching.

None of us do it enough, and most of us probably 'forget to' and make no effort so I'm gonna make it easy or us.

I find it easiest to do before I go to bed.

1) Calf stretch. 30 second each leg NO LESS. At least twice on each leg. TWO MINUTES ALTOGETHER.

2) Lay on your back and do a basic hamstring stretch. 30 seconds on each leg NO LESS. Listen to some music and watch the seconds go by so you know. Do this at least twice on each leg. OMG TWO MINUTES OF STRETCHING.

3) Laying down quad stretch. 30 seconds on each leg NO LESS. At least twice on each leg. TWO MORE MINUTES OMFG.

Thats it, do this for 4 weeks, every night if you can. SIX MINUTES OF STRETCHING, is it really that hard for us??!? Of course its not.

So, before you go to bed each night I want you to text any member of this forum just simply something like 'STRETCH NOW'. No matter what time it is you go to bed (even you Sam Hall, I don't mind a text at 3am) because it will remind you and them to do it.

6 minutes a night guys, not hard and you'll have mega benefits.

So is this like a game too? Lol. I can just imagine someone having sex or something and getting a text like "STRETCH NOW!!!" and they just have to stop and stretch whatever they're doing Razz

Since Scott's sleepover where I did a simple 2 minutes stretch, i have been doing mine nightly, and already have seen a big improvement in my flexibility. Such as i can now pike and touch my toes with straight legs!! (As like a week ago, i couldn't even straighten my legs due to EXTREMELY tight hamstrings)

I'm well up for this. FLEX FLEX FLEX FLEX FLEX.

Bit disappointed atm, haven't received a text from anyone in the last 2 days.... I hope people are doing this Sad
Flexibility is so underrated. Guarentee and injury you have will be from a lack of flexibility.
