I am going to be trying to get my muscles stronger by becoming more flexible.

It would be good if someone would do this with me - I know adrian will literally stretch with me but it'd be good to have a text message partner or someone who would prank me (and vice versa) in order to make sure I/they stretch.

Personally, I'm going to be doing the following:

* Quads - 3 x 30 seconds each leg.
* Hamstrings (Dynamic) - 3 x 30 seconds
* Calves - 3 x 30 seconds each leg.
* Glute Max - 3 x 30 seconds each side.
* Glute Medius - 3 x 30 seconds each side.
* ITB rolling - around 2 mins each leg.


About 20 minutes altogether, which I don't think is unreasonable.

I'll be doing this Monday and Friday

I should definately start to do this.
My flexibility has just gone so downhill, not that it was ever up. Ha.
Should do this for summer.
