anyway, are you in for conditioning more than once a week?!

I am in for conditioning more than once a week.

At the moment, i am doing tuesdays after rossmore and once at the weekend or friday night from the sheet given out by Scott and written in the "conditioning set" thread. (I don't finish it usually as it's too hard for me at the moment but i try and improve more every time i do it)

But I'm quite happy to take these outside. I guess it will be nice.
