mainly either not having the time or tiredness Sad i need to start getting back into it....

well i am doing some work in games every wednesday, but thats only like...an hour, and really only half to three quarters of that actually working, with little breaks in between

Better than nothing! 30 mins of proper conditioning would be awesome, twice or three times a week would be better.

Text me sometime and ask if I wanna do a winton conditioning session or something, would be good for us all

that sounds like a plan, maybe thursdays? since i think i was planning to condition with AD then, in his training regime, would be cool to see more people there too Smile

Sam Hall and I have done the odd XXXchurch conditioning session every now and again. This comprises of climbing all the way around the interior Christchurch Castle at the bottom of the hill. Trying to make just one lap works fairly hard on the forearms (although it also works on legs, upper arms and other core parts of the body) and doing it in the dark makes it that extra bit harder. But whenever I finish a lap of the castle, my forearms feel like tree trunks as they're so inflated and exhausted, and my hands and fingers feel like they're about to seize up and drop off.



It's a lot harder work than it looks.

Also, we've done some quadrupedal movement up and down the steps that lead up to the Castle on the top of the hill both backwards and forwards, and some precisions on them. Once all of that is finished, some push-ups/crunches, etc. and stretching are done and we bugger off home.

Needless to say, we do most of this in the dark as not to give the hoards of old people a heart attack or an excuse to call the police.

Haven't done any of the conditioning set in ages. I think I might give it a go on Wednesday or Saturday. Also, I want to condition my ankles more.


I'd be up for Thursday conditioning with you homosexuals, too. Very Happy

Conditioning

Yep, I wanna do XChurch as i live there. I'm gonna be out conditioning this Thursday in Winton if anyone wants to join? Lands if you're still up for it.

I've not been proper conditioning but I've been working out on my weights bench at home building my strength if that counts?

Have been quite slack as a whole so will def be out tomorrow, company will be great. Those who I have numbers for I'll call
