Oh, man. I completely forgot about it.
I'm going to get into a routine of doing it.
And regarding the question of whether we should or not, I think it all depends upon the individual. Personally, I think conditioning would help me a lot, particularly to avoid injury. But I'm sure others can cope just fine without conditioning due to an already well-conditioned body, or technique good enough to ensure little risk of injury.
Regardless, you've got nothing to lose if you do choose to condition (apart from your valuable time).

me and kate usually do some every week varies on how much we see each other. but its usually like 3 flexibility stretchings a week and like 1 or 2 conditioning ones. easier if yo have someone to do it with

personally i think flexibility is more needed for most of the people on the forum as we are still ata stage in training where training alone is copnditiong. obviously additional conditioning is great however I have seen that quite a large amount of people are very inflexible and flexibleness (yes it's a word) can be a great help in situations also.

well put, as I would assume if something is more flexible, it's harder to damage/seriously hurt...
