Good morning all,

Please find attached a map of how we plan to have the Street Sports Festival set out on Tuesday 4th August. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for supporting this event, fingers crossed the weather will hold out! It should prove to be a fantastic day for young people in the community, to come along and participate in a great range of ‘Street Sports and Activities’…all for free!

Dave and I will be there from 8am on Tuesday 4th, if you require assistance in the set up of your equipment, please contact us in advance and we will be able to organise help. Please also ensure all equipment is set up by 9.30am as vehicles will not be permitted to access the site or move onsite after this time. We will provide the mats/equipment required for the Parkour/street dance and break dancing sessions.

So, above is the information Smile

We are gonna get a train from Bournemouth to Woolston which costs £11.70 (without a railcard) and will leave at 9.55 to get there for 10.55.

It is then a 20 minute walk to where we gotta get to.

You will be reimbursed for travel costs if you have a receipt Smile

will we need to actively ask for a reciept at the tain place or will they give us one as standard?
